Comments: I went for my first run since Saturday's half-marathon. My legs felt fine, fresh even. It makes me think that my poor racing is all a head game I'm playing with myself (and losing). I never felt tired during Saturday's race, and I never felt sore afterward. I tried to treat the race like a training run, and I think I did too good a job.
